800 Series
800S CCD Camera

Thermoelectrically cooled (TEC) with 14 to 16-bit digitization. The 800 Series offers many configurations including multiple readout ports and a wide selection of CCD types.

850 Series

Brochure

850S CCD Camera
Sisters to the 800 models. They are designed to give cryo-cooled performance with thermo electric cooling in a sealed head package. This series is restricted to CCDs in the 12 to 30-mm square size range.

900 Series

900S Mosaic CCD Camera
Low temperature, multi-CCD mosaic cameras designed for applications requiring very large imaging areas at very high resolution such as x-ray crystallography and astronomy.
1000 Series
1000S CCD Camera
Designed to fit scientific performance from a TE cooled CCD in a small package. Applications requiring the combination of rapid read rates and low noise are suited for this type of camera. This is a medium format single-channel camera.
1100 Series
1100S CCD Camera
Accommodates some of the largest scientific CCDs available today in a cryo or thermoelectrically cooled dewar. Advanced electronics utilizing sixteen-bit digitization from up to four ports creates a camera with the lowest dark current and read noise available.
1110 Series
1110S CCD Camera
The 1110S camera is designed for the large multi-port CCD's released today. This camera can read from up to 16 read ports of the camera, and will cool the CCD to -100°C or colder for applications requiring the lowest dark current possible. CCD sizes available run from 95x95mm at 111 to 36 Megapixels with pixel sizes from 9 to 15µm.

Many of the cameras we produce are custom made and are tailored to the demanding requirements of analytical, scientific imaging. Spectral Instruments also manufactures OEM products for companies selling instruments that require integration of high-end CCD technology.
